About H&M Top-Notch Landscaping

At H&M Top Notch Landscaping, we bring over a decade of hands-on experience to every property we touch. Founded by Army combat veteran Houston Rasmussen and co-owner Maggie Osmon, our team combines disciplined work ethic with a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscapes. Running primarily as a solo operation with 2 additional seasonal crews to help keep up with demand, we hope to in the coming years expand into a multi crew operation year round. Maggie is the backbone of our company ensuring scheduling, billing and phone calls are handled  keeping logistics and preventing the loss of labor hours available. Houston handles the labor, onsite estimates , consults and brings 10+ years in the professional feild .  Past positions include Landscape Enhancement Project manager, Lead Irrigation Tech ( repairs) and Grounds Maintenance Superviso employed with some of The regions Premier Landscape Companies.  In turn making the start up of H&M a painless and market experienced leap of faith.  

We specialize in full-service landscaping solutions, including residential and commercial lawncare / maintenance, pond restorations and natural water feature management, yard cleanups, and ecological plant and habitat planning and custom Ornamental designs and upkeep. Additionally we offer sprinkler system audits , drain and gutter inspections and much more. Every project is treated with precision, safety, and environmental care in mind—whether it’s removing invasive plants, aerating ponds, or restoring native habitats.
