Yes we currently run landscape maintenance year round with routes in McMinnville  aswell as all over yamhill county, salem, and parts of Washington county.  We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly  Options. Our maintenance programs are known to be thorough, detailed , and competitive on pricing. 3 tiers are offered which include our Basic , Standard , and Comprehensive Service Packages. Estimate & Onboarding Process

After reviewing your property and discussing the project details during our visit, we will provide a ballpark estimate on-site to help set initial expectations.In most cases, you will receive a detailed, fixed-price estimate via email the same day.

If you choose to move forward: ●You will approve the estimate electronically

We will then develop a ●formal proposal outlining the ●full scope of work, ●cost breakdown, ●any materials (if applicable)

●A client agreement (contract) will be prepared and submitted for your review and signature

Once all documents are signed, your project will be scheduled promptly, typically within a few days to one week, depending on scope and availability.

Yes we specialize in eco friendly methods such as:

-Pollinator gardens

- Wetland bog filters

- Beneficial bacteria for pond algae  , muck reduction,  weed control

- Natural weed reduction 

Often times these methids are far more effective then the use of harsh chemicals. We treat the root cause as opposed to applying a bandaid for a symptom.
