The same individual who walks your property, listens to your goals, and builds your plan is the one who will be on-site often working hands-on with the crew or independently throughout the entire project or duration of your lawn care agreement.

From there, the work gets passed down through layers leading to miscommunication, guesswork, and costly mistakes. Instructions get lost, details get overlooked, and suddenly your project stalls… or worse, something important like a favorite shrub is touched when it shouldn’t have been.

We start with a thorough on-site walkthrough of your property or project. During this time, we evaluate all viable options and take the time to understand the full picture—your goals, time availability, schedule, past experiences, deadlines, site access, and desired service frequency. We also discuss budget expectations and apply proven, science-backed methods based on real-world experience to guide recommendations.
From there, we work collaboratively with you. We stay flexible and tailor solutions specifically to your needs—walking through ideas, offering professional input, and refining the plan together until there’s a clear and complete understanding of the scope.
In most cases, we can provide a firm price on-site. Shortly after, you’ll receive an official proposal via email, including a fixed bid and—when applicable—designs, site plans, or drawings for review. This initial estimate is non-binding and allows you to review pricing and scope comfortably before making a decision.
Once approved, we move forward with a formal agreement. This includes our Master Terms and Conditions along with any service-specific addendums. These documents clearly define expectations, scope, and responsibilities for both parties—ensuring everything is documented and aligned before work begins.
After the agreement is signed and any required deposit is received, your project is scheduled and we get to work.
